James Richard Fachini, 72, of Mohawk Trail Florida, MA died on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Berkshire Medical Center.
He was born in North Adams, MA on April 6, 1945 a son of the late Anthony & Edna (Bratcher) Fachini. He attended schools in North Adams, MA and worked at T & R Auto Service as a mechanic. He leaves his wife, Lois Evelyn (Upton) Fachini. He also leaves a daughter, Kristen Roberts of North Adams and three grandchildren Thomas, Tyler and Haley Roberts. He also leaves several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
James also leaves his sisters, Edith Maynard, Diane Vattes and Irene Schroeder and a brother John Fachini. He was predeceased by three sisters Elizabeth "Betty" Lentine, Mary Jane Manchini, Carol Fachini and five brothers Anthony Fachini, Louis Fachini, Michael Fachini, Joseph Fachini and Robert Fachini.

Graveside services will take place Friday at 1pm at the Southview Cemetery on in North Adams.
